what does it look like? whenever i got poison ivy, they were little fluid filled blisters. also, while it would spread a little, unless she is still being exposed to the oils, it would not continue to spread over her body. if the rash is still getting worse, i'd get her looked at again.
by the way, if a person is very sensitive to poison ivy, she can get it from pets like cats and dogs that walk through it (oils on fur transfer to skin)
