HOW LONG DO I WAIT?

DOES ANYONE KNOWS WHEN ITS SAFE TO TTC AFTER AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY WITH THE METHOTREXATE SHOT I HAD MY ECTOPIC IN MAY AND HAVE HAD 2 MENSTRUAL PERIODS SO FAR ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL.

I don't know ow long you should wait after ectopic but I had a m/c and waited 1 for a period and then tried again. We were lucky enough to have it happen right away. I wish that for everyone.

Same here... I was told to TTC after one cycle, and I was also lucky enough to be successfull after one try:)

wow thats alright i didnt know i could start the DR. was telling me 3 months or so i be pregnant again like she was a psyhic or something i hope i have one. thank yall

i had an ectopic in may and was told my dr to wait a full cycle. it took forever for me to start still. but i have taken 3 hpt this week and they are positive. i have an appt with my dr on fri. if i am..one cycle worked for me!

With methotrexate, it's best to wait longer than you would with a m/c. Even though the drug is out of your system, it can still affect your body's absorbtion of folic acid. This article suggests waiting 3 months after methotrexate treatment, but it is based on long-term use of metho. There isn't a lot of info on how long you should wait after just one dose.

THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION IAM STILL READING IT I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THAT I DONT KNOW WHY  SOME DOCTORS DO PUT IT OUT THERE AND STOP HIDING  IT
