Had miscarriage..could I be prego again?

Probably a dumb questions but just wondering what is going on with me. So I had a miscarriage on the 1st of August and all the bleeding stopped after a week.  On the 11th or 18th (can't remember which) my hcg was 25 so I took at test a few days later to see if it was all gone and the test was negative. For the last 3 days now I have been nauseous and tired as hell. Ever since I stopped bleeding we have been having intercourse every other day...the Dr. said it was okay. Could I really be pregnant already? Maybe its something else but I just wanted to know if its even possible. I am guessing its too early to test if I was pregnant so I am going to wait a few more weeks. Any thoughts?

I had a miscarriage 2 years ago, I had the miscarriage on Dec 4th talked with the doctor decided to wait a while (it was'nt a planned pregnancy) went on "the ring" two weeks after MC. Missed my period the end of january and found out I was pregnant! My doctor told me most women are more furtile the first 3 months after a miscarriage so they think that why the BC did'nt work, but you can definitly get pregnant right away after a MC. If your having symptoms you could try taking a test now it is possible to get pregnant within 2 to 3 weeks after a MC, but having a miscarriage can throw things off too, so you may have to take mor ethan one test.
