Halloween/Open Forum

Good morning ladies! Just wondering how many of the pregnant ladies are planning to dress up for halloween this year and if so, what you're going to be. my husband wants us to go to this halloween party and although i don't really feel like dressing up, i don't want to be a party pooper. any suggestions for cute costumes for pregnant people???

feel free to use this as an open forum also.

have a great day all <3

I have this blow up pumpkin that I will be.  A few weeks ago there was a forun on this.  It was a very cute forum if you v=can find it.  I personally have difficulties using the search function on this site to sind specifically what I am looking for.  Even if it is one of my postings.

A cute Costume if you are going to try and hid your belly--be a bubble bath.  You wear a shower cap, have saop scrubber-a flesh colored shirt--have clear balloons attached to your clothes.  You can even fashion a old round tub out of cardboard and put it around and hold it up with suspenders.  Very Cute.

Geez, that is hilarious!! A man with a beer gut! Don't forget to add some "pit stains" at the armpits, and add a few ketchup and other "stains" down the front of the shirt! That will complete the look!

And just think, you can also let your hair go for one day, so it will look greasy and messy! LOL

I don't know how well it would go over...or what your religous beliefs are, but I read online where a husband dressed up like a priest and the pregnant wife dressed up like a pregnant nun.
(This could be risky if you don't want a lot of grief from outsiders)

Personally, I would just be a "Magic 8 Ball"

You can be a beer belly man.  Wear a white wife beater shirt with your belly hanging out of the bottom.

LOL, the chest hair would be hilarious! Stuff a piece of curly wig in the top of the shirt!

I'm not quite big enough to pull off a huge "beer gut" yet(I don't think??) but if I'm a little bigger by Halloween, I'll do it, and I'll take pictures for you! :-)

Heck, I should have enough of a pooch to pull it off by the end of the month...maybe I'll do it anyway! I can always "push" my belly out more to over-exaggerate it...

Now, if only I can get my dh to dress up like a trailer trash wife, it'd be perfect!

Oh yea, and make a 5 o'clock shadow on your face making dots with eye liner, and chest hair hanging out of the wife beater!  Oh and you have to have a cigrette in one hand and Budwiser in the other!  Some one has to do this, I dont have anything to dress up for or I would do it!

great ideas!!! I tried to talk my family into dressing up as the Simpsons but my mom refused to do the tall blue hair :D
I remember in the last thread about costumes someone mentioned dressing up as Homer. I'm not pg so I don't get to do the creative ideas you all have been throwing out but I'm dressing up as a pirate. I found this neat costume and my sis and I bought some masks that make us look like wax statues - it's great!
