Has anyone with PCOS fallen pregnat using just Metformin?

I'm 29 and have PCOS, have been trying to conceive since the beginning of the year, had one M/C but my irregular periods have now stopped altogether. Has anyone out there had any success in increasing ovulation or actually falling pregnant using Metformin alone?

The metformin made me feel really yuck so I stopped taking it. I had just clomid and got pregnant with that on the third cycle. It is supposed to be really good for inducing ovulation in PCOS women. Good Luck
