Have a possitive test reslt 7/8 weeks after a miscarriage, can I be pregnant again

I had a miscarriage August 13 and I think I am pregnant again October 4. With the first miscarriage my levels were really low. A couple of days after my first possitive test I had a miscarriage. I went for blood work and had it checked 3 times. My Hgc level went from 12 to 8 to 4.3. With my levels being so low my doctor told me that I wasnt that far along. I still havent had my period yet so I took a home pregnancy test. I have taken three and they have all come back possitive. I have an appointment with my OB in a couple of days and I am going to talk to her about it. But I didnt know if any one else has had some similar results. My husband and I have been trying to concieve (conceive) and I was excited with the first possitive test back in August but I am just afraid to get excited right now.

I have also had some pregnancy symptoms. Fatigue, Nassua, and Sore / Tender Breasts

You could definitely be pregnant.  I miscarried last Sep/Oct.  It took until Oct. 20 for my hcg to get down to zero. A few weeks later i had a positive pregnancy test.  An early sono estimated my date of conception as Oct. 28!
My beautiful & healthy son was born in July and is 2 months old now. =)

Once your hCG was 4.3, that is officially a negative in most clinics.  Certainly no home pregnancy test would pick it up as positive.  So, if you are now getting positives, it sounds like you are pregnant again for sure.  Congratulations and good luck!
