Having all the syptoms(symptoms) of a pregnancy but I had a tubal and a D and C done 8 years ago?

I’m a 33 year old mother of two healthy boys.  I had a Tubal Ligation and my tubes were also burned about 8 years ago. Due to heavy periods I had a Partial Ablation done as well with a D & C 8 years ago as well. About two weeks ago I got really sick after eating some pasta thought nothing of it until my breast were sore to touch. I could not take showers, pick children up or put on my bra with out them being sore to touch. They are also throbbing really badly with shooting pain around my nipple area. On top of that I get queasy through out the day and night sometimes with vomiting after a meal but not all meals. I have headaches and I’m moody with crying very easily. I been a little constipated, I'm usually a flow type of girl but now I’m a little backed up. I have taken 3 test two negative and one question mark (the new EPT GOLD). I go to the doctor on July 7, 2009 please can some help me to understand my body or give me some much needed advice

I would call your doctor, explain what you just told us and ask for a quantitative hcg blood test to see if you have any hcg in your blood. However, if you have had these symptoms for two weeks now and have had your tubes tied you are more than likely not pregnant. Something else must be going on. Good luck.
