HcG levels high throughout pregnancy - triple test 4.28 MOM

My HcG levels have remained high throughout my pregnancy.  I recently had a triple test, where nuchal translucency came backnormal (1.6), but HcG came back very high (148.o iu/L or 4.28MOM).  I understand high HcG can be a risk factor for Downs, but my NT test was normal.  Are there any other associated concerns for an HcG level this high?  Should I be worried about this?  Thank you.

I never got the triple test, but I always felt that my HCG levels were high.  They were 30,000 at merely 5w5d.  But I gave birth to a healthy baby girl.  But did I worry!!!  I'm sure you're fine, if you're really worried, tell your dr. you want a high level u/s (level II or III).  I had one and all looked good.  They can see a lot with those and can detect downs like 60% of the time....  Or there's always an amnio but I know they are slightly risky.  Best of luck to you.
