Hcg not doubling and spotting

Hi I found out I was pg by u/s jan11 saw sac but nothing else I had hcg done jan15 it was 3946 then repeat hcg on Jan 20 was 6277 u/s was done again Jan 22 I had some spotting then still dr said baby has grown they now see the fetal pole I was 5wks5dys but growth wasn't as much as they like since last us no blood in uterus or around sac and cervix was closed repeat hcg Jan 25 it was 6956 and progesterone was 14.6 I've had on off bleeding no tisue always when going #2 to bathroom in mornings and slows to nothing by afternoon evening. Go for repeat u/s and hcg tomorrow do I have any hope or my hcg is just too bad I've had 4 m/c none like this and two were right at 4 wks just found out levels never past 400 and I've had three girls sine the m/c's. Going out of my mind with worry any ideas would be helpful thank you
