Heart Beat of child

I had an Pelvic TVS scan after 8 weeks of my pregnancy & it is found that the heart beat of child was there but only till 7th weeks & not know.
Does it happen in normal case that sometimes the heart beat of child will not come or is it a miscarriage
Do we need to scan once again after 1 week or we need to abort this baby?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you had a previous scan and had seen the heartbeat, and now you can't see it? If that's the case, then yes it would be likely to be a miscarriage. You definitely want to go and have a scan done in another week just to make sure of what's going on and if baby really did pass. If baby has passed, you can either wait it out and see if you miscarry naturally, or have a d&c done to remove the tissue.
