Heartbroken

I had a miscarriage at 6 wks last summer. That was my first pregnancy. Now I am having another impending miscarriage, or maybe an ectopic pregnancy.

Day 26  HCG 67 Had a little bit cramp on Day 25 and a little brownish discharge on Day 26 and Day 27.
Day 28  HCG 171 Progesterone 29.2 Thought it was good - WRONG!
Day 30  Had bad uterus contraction due to a wet dream, can't control it, start worrying.

Day 32  HCG 195 Progesterone 14.1 Don't know if it is related, But OB said it is an abnormal pregnancy. OB wouldn't give me any progesterone injection and said that miscarriage is unavoidable and there is
some possibility of ectopic pregnancy.

I cried in OB's office. I don't know when we can have a healthy baby.

Thank you. I will have my HCG and progesterone tested again tomorrow. If it increases a little bit, I will have to worry about ectopic pregnancy. If it drops, it is the end of this pregnancy. Neither of them is good but it is the fact. We are so sad. What should I do???
