Help in understanding ACL test results

I have had 2 miscarriages.  The first was a Missed AB, D&C at 10 weeks.  The second was Spontaneous AB at 5.2 weeks.  I tested pos. for ACL Antibodies in between the 2 pgs.  I'm neg. for LAC.  The results are :IgG <6 GPL U/ml; IgM 10 H MPL U/mL; IgA <6 APL U/mL.  I took baby aspirin during my 2nd pg, but lost it anyway. My Dr. wants to treat me with Lovenox in my next pg. for the 1st 12 weeks.  My questions are:

1- What do these test results really mean, am I considered low, med or high positive for ACL.

2- Is the LMW heparin going to be sufficient for only the 1st 12 weeks.

3- Would I be considered a high- risk pregnancy?

This problem seems to be fairly uncommon and I am having trouble finding information on it.

Thank you.

Amy
