Help!

Okay, im 12 weeks pregnant and off and on my belly button hurts. is that okay? is the baby okay? should i go to the hospital?

Are you showing? It is possible that you belly button hurts from stretching.
I don't think your baby is in danger and I don't think a trip to the hospital is necessary.

When I was pregnant, I developed an umbilical hernia.  At this point in pregnancy, i would think your belly button shouldn't be painful.  Tell your ob what's happening so he can examine it and see what's going on.  Best wishes, jen

Mention it to your doctor next time you go, but your belly button has nothing to do with the baby itself.
