I have been reading some of the posts on here about tanning beds and how the reason it is dangerous is because there are risks of miscarriages with raising your body temperature too much. Are the risks the same with just a high body temperature normally? Should you always try and keep cool and stay out of the sun? I'm a little confused because you are supposed to do light exercising while you are pregnant which obviously raises your body temperature but everyone here seems to be saying that is a bad thing!??..
Thanks, though why else is tanning bad whilst pregnant? I am not actually a tanner myself, I was just wondering about the temperature thing, though I would like to hear other reasons just for curiousity's sake! :)
My doc sent me to the hospital when I had a fever of 101, and he makes me call him if my temp is ever over 100.4, so yes, keeping your body temp stable is VERY important because your baby can't regulate its own body temp.
last year i hd misscarriage at 11 wks. i m again preg, it is 5wks 3 days.i had ultra sound today, could see only sack but no heart beat also my hcs level is not increasing well.it is 190 only. my doc says i m gonna have a misscarriage..i am very sad. any chances?? also no spotting,i feel tired, tender breats,no crampings..i am going crazy...
