High alkaline phosphate

I am worried about high alkaline phosphate (value = 3000) in blood test of my son who is 3 months old
he was diagnosed with hypocalcemia and now running on calcium and iron supplements along with breast feeding.
Please anyone tell me the reasons of higher alk. phosphate and also cures for it.
I am tensed please anyone help?

I think your question should be addressed by a physician.  What does your sons doctor say?
