High random urine glucose... GDM??

I just got home from my 13wk OB appointment with some concerns.  This is my 3rd pregnancy and it took me 8+ months to conceive.  The last 3 months were with IUI.  All my prenatal labs came back good except my random urine glucose.  It was 156.  I've never had a glucose level this large before with either one of my children.  My MD was a little concerned and is sending me for the 1 hour glucose blood test.  I guess my question is: is there anyone out there with a similar glucose level that ended up being gestational diabetic?  I'm going for the test in 2 days.  I would love to hear what you all have to say!

Part of it depends on what you had to eat in the hours before the test.  I wouldn't worry a bit until you get that 1 hour test done.  Then, if it shows some concern, they'll send you for a 3 hour test.

This may mean absolutely nothing.  Wait for confirmation from the next tests.
