Hot flashes

My dd is soon to be one year old.  I am having major hot flashes and I am extremely moody and I get so aggrivated quickly.  My dd has been walking since she was almost ten months so I am very active chasing her back and forth back and forth.  I am usually a cold natured person but it is summer I am just worried.  I mean could it be hormonal...shouldn't I be back to normal by now.  I just finished my period last week so that's not coming up.  I have OCD and I am really paranoid about this.  Any Ideas......am I just over reacting.  I wake up in the night and I am a soaked mess.  My dh is hot too but he is always hot.  I wondered if was my blood pressure from when I get so aggrivated.  My husbands other two children are here for their summer session and don't get me wrong I love them to pieces too but it's alittle overwhelming.  I am dealing with it just fine but I get so aggrivated for the smallest thing.  My sister has always been a very angry person and I keep seeing her coming out in me.  I am hoping this will pass....I don't want to be the evil step mother lol.  Please tell me I am normal.

Your hot flashes may not be the same thing, but I still get them from time to time ever since I had my first daughter. I was one of those people who were always cold, but I was always hot with her and my husband made it worse. He gives off way too much body heat. I couldn't even sleep in the same bed as him or I would be sweating all night.
Anyway, even after having my second child three years ago it still happens to me. Every time I get like that my husband always thinks I'm pregnant. Which I never am.
I hope my experience helps you feel normal. I'm sure you are.

Oh, and the crabbiness. I feel ya! I a get so wore out by 1 o'clock that I am ripping my hair out. You probably need a much needed break.
