How You Delete Everything and Get Off of MedHelp?

That's pretty much my question.  How do I delete my account and stop receiving anything else from MedHelp?

I am not sure that people's past posts can be deleted.  You can contact MedHelp to stop getting mail from them, but as I understand it, past posts are not removable.  (It could be a very complex site if people could go back and remove whatever any time, I guess.)  Try the sign-up page, or the technical MedHelp questions forum, with this question.
