How do you stop pregnancy pimples?

Hey!  I am ten weeks pregnant (as of today), and I have been breaking out in rashes and pimples on my face and neck.  I have not had pimple problems since high school!  (I am now 29.  What is safe to use to treat these outbreaks?  I am using Clearasil Daily Face Wash (my OB says that's fine to use).  But anyone have any natural rememdies?  Also, my boobs are so sore all the time!  Any cures advice for that one?

I don't know any remedies but I was told that if your breaking out alot with a baby it's soposedly a GIRL!!  It was very true in my case.  I also later on got a really really visable pregnancy mask that you can still see five months post partum when I get cold or dry skin.  Good luck to you!

i heard that breaking out is a sign of a girl..and it was true in my case...when i was about 4 months i also developed pregnancy bumps on my legs and arms as well(not pimples just red bumps) so be prepared for that one too....

i dont know but i too have heard of the pimples=girl. well i am having a girl and the only time i do get them is if it was my time of the month(if i wasnt prego) and they would pop up on strange parts of my face. like by my nose, just right at the nostral(sp?) and at the corner of my mouth( that has only happened once) then my faces fav! on my chin and right between my eyes. so i guess it is different for everyone. i dont know about what to use though. i like to use a hot washcloth(as hot as you can stand it, and dish soap, like dawn,(i think as long as it has a degresser in it. put some on a damp washcloth, and rub it on, let dry then was face. (I WOULDNT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE NATURALY DRY SKIN, IT MIGHT DRY IT OUT MORE) that is what i use to do when i was in highschool. i had bad breakouts.

I got them around the same time as you and used neutrogena acne face wash but I think you have to just wait till they clear up on their own - by 16 wks they seemed to clear up a bit for me ( I'm havin a girl!)

Thanks everyone!  Interesting about the girl theory.  I have been so sure I am having a boy (lots of dreams that way).  This makes me rethink the gender...hmmmmmmmmmmm.   I hope my situation does clear up by weak 16, because I have really had it with these pimples!  I can't wait to find out the gender and see if you're right.  Has anyone hear dof a test called pin or blue (pinkorblue.com).  Apparently it's an early gender test.....

How interesting is this post,i to have broken out in the most hidious pimples all round my jaw line and back and having had a little boy before i never had none of this,so fingers crossed i might get my girlxx

I am also having a girl and have the same breakouts that another poster said she had- under my nose at the corners of my mouth and on my chin. I am now 23 weeks and it seems to be getting a little better.  Good luck to you!! :)
