How far along is this ultrasound

I am trying to find out how far along this ultrasound is. The person is saying she is 10 weeks, but the 10 week ultrasounds that I have looked at do not look like this.

I'm going to say it's probably closer to 7wks...but it's hard to say for sure without knowing what the measurements of the embryos and sacks were. do you know the measurements? were heartbeats seen? heartbeats can be picked up on ultrasound for the first time anywhere from 6-8wks, so if no heartbeats were seen it's definitely not 10wks...however, if heartbeats WERE seen the best way to determine the gestational age is knowing the measurements of the gestational sac and babies.

I just want to add that if the mother's dates are correct, the babies should look more like babies at 10wks. you can see a head, a belly, and buds for legs and arms at 10wks.

Usually around the edges of the sonogram photo there are dates like the LMP.  Is there any kind of documentation of due date or LMP on the photo?
