How long after show Delivery? Open if Needed......

Hey, if you've read below, I had show a couple of hours ago. I'm wondering how long after have you've gone into labour. I'm getting contractions now for days, was checked today and no dialation but soft cervix and head is there. Hoping to go soon!

with my son i lost my mucus plug with no bloody show....and i never did go into labor on my own...but a friend of mine lost hers with a bloody show and delivered that day.... she had also been having contractions all the day before...so good luck to you

Sounds like you are right on the brink.  You can have some slight bleeding after the cervix has been checked, so it's hard to say if you have had bloody show or not.

But all the contractions coupled with the soft cervix and low head is a great sign!  Go take a nice walk, make love with your hubby, and tonight may be the night!

Usually it's within a week. With me, it was the same day. Good luck!
