is she gaining well? is her ped happy with her progress? if she is gaining well then don't worry too much. does she normally drink so little? my dd went through some phases where she took very little for a couple days. this was usually followed by a growth spurt during which she took much more than normal.
I'm breastfeeding her since birth. I only give her fomula on the days i don't have enough milk for her. She's born at 8 lbs, she's at 12 lbs at 2 month check-up. She eating much less since she is 2 month-old. She ate very good for the first few weeks (20+ oz). Suddenly, she hardly finishes 20 oz/day. I'm so worry that she not gaining any lbs at 4 month check-up
the guidelines for breast milk are 20-30 ounces/day. there is great variation due to both the baby and the mommy (the caloric content of milk may vary from woman to woman). i am sure someone else can give you info about formula.
