Did you have medical problems before the first pregnancy too, or are you taking the pills for pain after having your baby? Just curious as to why you would still be taking pain meds for so long. I would definitely check with you Dr. before stopping, they are probably aware that you are on them and if you have problems with pain, they may want you to continue, or they may want to taper you off. Don't stress, just talk to your Dr. on that one. Congrats on baby #2 and I holpe you have an easy healthy pregnancy with a healthy happy baby.
Definately consult your doctor and Peek here in our community is a great resource. I personally was on Hydrocodone for a short time while pregnant this time and she's perfect.
You don't want to abruptly stop, but just keep it at the minimum you comfortably can.
