I am confused as to when I may have ovulated ?

I am really confused, I did a few free charts online to try to figure out when I ovulate my cycle on average is 29 days so I had intercourse on the 14 and 15th day of my cyclemy period started on the 7th of May later that day is it right to make that day my first day of my cycle? I am worried now though because I may have ovulated a few days after what I thought and we are trying for a boy I know it is Gods' will but I think I may have ovulated a few days after I thought so and I feel like I messed up now I know it is hard to tell when I ovulate and I wannted to also ask if there is a chance I might be pregnant and know it is really too soon but what I mean is I have read that sperm can survive for a few day if not more even though I know that the female(girl) sperm lasts longer I am just really confused and I feel like I really miscalculated but there are so many charts that say that it is about 14 days before the beginning of the next cycle that ovulation happends and I also read today that it can happen later too I am just worried and confused thanks for reading this.

Here in South Africa I purchased a saliva ovulation test.  I am sure you can get it there too.  It is soooo simple, re-usable and easy.  Every morning when I wake up I open the test which looks like lipstick, lick the lens and give it time to dry.  The results are obvious, you can tell if you are not ovulation, transitional or ovulating.  I then keep a record of the facts.  It is much easier than any other method and cost effective too.  Why don't you see if your chemist (I think you call it a drug store) stocks them.
