I am one week post IUI and my progesterone level was 141.1 isn't that high?

I'M ONE WEEK POST MY FIRST IUI AND MY PROGESTERONE LEVEL WAS 141.1, I'M CONCERNED THAT IT IS HIGH, DOES THIS INDICATE PREGNANCY, MULTIPLES EVEN?  MY DOC HAS ME ON PROGESTERONE CREAM BECAUSE MY LINING IS THIN ONLY A 9, IS THIS NORMAL?

14.1 is normal if you are on the progesterone cream. it doesn't necessarily indicate pregnancy but it could. i'll cross my fingers for you. :o)

NO, 141.1 WAS THE BLOOD PROGESTERONE LEVEL PRIOR TO STARTING THE CREAM.

Something seems to be very wrong.  141 is off the charts!  Either you're geting your decimal points mixed up or there is some misunderstanding of the number you got or you have something like the "greater than normal" items below.  Your doctor should be very alarmed if this number is true.

female (pre-ovulation): less than 1 ng/mL
female (mid-cycle): 5 to 20 ng/mL
male: less than 1 ng/mL
postmenopausal: less than 1 ng/mL
1st trimester: 11.2-90.0 ng/mL
2nd trimester: 25.6-89.4 ng/mL
3rd trimester: 48.4-42.5 ng/mL
Note: ng/mL = nanograms per milliliter

What abnormal results mean
Greater-than-normal levels may indicate:
pregnancy
adrenal cancer
ovarian cancer
congenital adrenal hyperplasia

I'm not sure about that. When I had Carrigan,mine was aroung 36. something when I first found out I was preggo and they said that was outstanding. Maybe Christie can help you better, but I've never heard of a level being that high. I'm sorry I couldn't help you and I wish you the best of luck.

Well as of 9/20 I can say I have had 1 failed IUI, we will start as soon as menses show, any suggestions of how not to feel discouraged?
