A few years back, when I was working in a OB clinic-We had a 42 yr old lady who had her tubes tied 7 years prior and her husband vasecetomy 5 years prior. SHE WAS PREGNANT! we were all shocked-as she must of been, Baby was fine-That was a meant to be baby!!!
Just 10 days ago I had what I thought my menstrual period for 2 days, then I just spotted for another 2 days and then it stopped.I had a tubalEctopic pregnancy Gynecologic laparoscopy Tubal ligation Tubal ligation - series ligation almost 5 years ago. For the last 3 days I am felling nauseas, tired and my breast is very tender. Can I be pregnant?
Is there another option besides getting my tubes tied? I am pregnant with my first child (complete accident) and I know whole heartedly that I would never want to make this mistake again. I do not want to go on birth control...that didn't work. I need a permanent option. Which (if there are any other permanent options) surgery is best?
Wait and see what happens - you never know, you may love being a mommy. It is awesome :)
You could get an IUD or something - I've heard good things about those. I refuse to ever get my tubes tied. If I have to have the babies, my hubby can get "fixed."
What do you think?
