I am scared

I hope somebody can help me. I found out that I am pregnant on Oct 18. I had 3 lab done. The first one was pretty good HCG 52 and progesteron 13.6. Two days later I had another lab and the HCG was 56. The Dr said "it is not good" she did an ultrasound 2 days later and It didn't show a sac. Dr requested another lab, but it show the same number 56. It didn't drop or rise up. I am almost 5 weeks. I don't know what to think. Please can anyone help me with an opinion

It's not unusual to fail to see something on ultrasound at under 5 weeks; it is just too early for ultrasounds to show something that tiny.  The failure of the hCG number to rise is of concern, however.  I would prepare for the worst but still hope for the best.

HI, I'm 6 weeks 6 days today from LMP. I went in to get an U/S last week because of light pink spotting and mid cramping. They said the heart rate was only 80 bpm but when the heartbeat starts its ususally starts slower at first. Now, today I went into to see my dr because I started bleeding bright red right after my husband and I had sex. Now its just dark brown spotting but they gave me another u/s and checked my hcg levels and my levels are 28,000 but they said the babys heartbeat is slower then last week and irregular from ranging between 59 to 111 bpm. I'm a wreck!! I been crying and just laying here basically waiting to mc. I have another ultrasound friday to see if the heartbeat gets higher but my dr. didnt look to postive the baby was going to be okay since she said tehre was too much blood when she checked my cervix. has anyone else had this happen...

Don't worry ull be fine don't stress urself try to calm down so that way ur not stressing the baby!
