I have a ? related to pms

hello everyone its christina again with another ?. i went to the drs. last week and took a pregnancy test and it was negative. i asked for a blood test before they have even given me the urine test and they nurse told me that they have to have a writen order or somthing like that or a postive urine test to do a blood test. i guess that line just means that my hormones are trying to get back to normal. anyways i talked to the midwife about clomid and they said they wont percribe it to you untill you have tried to conceive for a little over a year. i just want to know how long would it take to get my peroids back so i know when i ovulate ect since i cant go on any fertility drug. i've been off the shot for about 3 and a half months now. and is it normal to get off the shot and not have a period back this long. i've been having strong cramping and gas every now and then but still no sign of aunt flow yet.

When i went off the shot it took me about a month before my period started, my periods were not regualar after that and it was frustrating. My cycles went anywhere from 28-40 days, so it takes awhile to get them going again.

After I wen't off the shot it took me close to 5 month's to get my period and I had only been on it like 9 mos.
