I have a question....

Is there a difference if I take prenatal vitamins before the pregnancy and during???  Is it better, or does it make no difference?

Its always a good plus if you happen to be  taking them before as well as during. My doctor has told me I should take vitamins since im trying for a new pregnancy. I take 2 Flinstones. (I took these when I was pregnant, the regular vitamins made me sick).....Good luck!

i had to take flintstone vitamins at first as well i know alot of poeple who do and i had a very healthy little girl when i did so i promise it will be okay

msklar.. you take two of those.. do you take them at the same time together or seperate.. and its ok to take them and your baby will still get enough vitamins?? i never heard that before..

Yes it is safe.I take them at the same time. I also had a very healthy little boy...
