I have small bumps by my vaginal opening what can this be?

ok for a while now i have notices some vaginal bumps by the opening of well the hole, see i have been checked for STDS and had a PAP done and all came out negitive for anything and my doctor has been my doctor since 2008 since i was pregnat, so he would know and see anything diffrent, so back in April my doctor said i had BV and its all cleared up but what i have been noticing that anytime i go to take a bath or a shower and i shave all my hair down there i notice the next day that i would have bumps on both sides of the vaginal opening, and the times i dont shave i dont have the problem as bad but when i take a bath and or shower it comes back i do use body wash but i just dont understand what are they, they dont hurt but are irritating they dont itch or anything.
