I saw a perfect little heart beat today!!!

I am so excited.  I got to see my babies perfect heart beat today.  I am 6w2d and it was just beating away.  The doctor did not say what the rate was but he said everything looked great.  I am still nervous, but when I had my miscarriage in Feb we did not even see a baby, so I am feeling better now that we have a heart beat!!!  I am due on Feb 3rd 2008.  I am so excited!!! Let the count down begin.  I am just waiting for more symptoms to start and I am sure they will in the next week or so.  Right now all I have are sore boobs.  Maybe I will be a lucky one and not have m/s. I did not have much with my DD, just a little at night.

Good luck to everyone and I am proof that good things do happen even after you go through a miscarriage!!  BABY DUST to all.

CONGRATS!!!
What a great feeling to see that little heartbeat on that screen. I also had a miscarriage----- last September, and then another scare when I got pregnant again; I had NO heartbeat yet at 5 weeks 6 days pregnant. But at 8 weeks everything was right on and now I am 27 weeks with a perfect little boy!!
So you are right----there IS light at the end of the tunnel, even through those devastating days when you are suffering with grief---hold on and happiness could be just around the corner.
