you may be a few days later than you think if you o'd late( it is possible)
ideally your hcg should doubleDouble-tussin dm every 48-72 hours. you are within that range. also, progesterone will not make your hcg rise. it will however raise your progesterone which supports the pregnancy.
one last thing of note. if they do perform an ultrasound and your levels are still below 1000 they probably won't see anything. i would not worry if that happened. in my opinion you are just earlier than you think. one week can make a huge difference in the numbers that early in the game. if the doctor wants to do a d&c or some form of that i would either refuse for a bit longer or seek a second opinion.
i would just have faith and wait. your numbers are rising just fine. there is always the possibility you ovulated late and those numbers are just very early. that is what happened w/me, now i am 20w6d and pg w/boy. good luck!!
At 5wk0dy I was 7360....but they thought twins because my numbers were off the charts. They were not expecting that.
Your numbers are right within range so I wouldn't worry just yet. Some women just tend to have slow rising hcg.
My friend here at work didn't even test positive for hcg until she was 10 days late and she is now 30 weeks....
Try to relax....I know how hard it is.
my first read was 49. they scared the **** out of me by saying it was too low.
next read was alot higher and they said it was too high. they took another and still said it was too high, then finally my last one they did was really high so i had an ultrasound and it was twins. my levels just got a slow start to rising.
