IUD(Mirena) and Conception after removal

I just removed my iud and want to become pregnant can anyone tell me how long it took for them to get pregnant after removing their IUD (MIRENA)?

i had my IUD taken out january 12th 2007, and just had my little haidyn on october 10th, so if you do the math, i would have gotten pregnant two days before removal, lol no she was 4 weeks early (so they say, she was 7.1 pounds) but anyways i pretty much got pregnant right away

I got pg right away, but it ended up being a chemical pregnancy. I got pg again right away after that and had my youngest son.

I would suggest waiting 1 full cycle to ensure the lining has a chance to thicken up.

Well thanks for your help! I guess I will find out in a week or so if I am pregnant or not Hopefully everything turns out ok! I'll keep you posted........
