I'm I really pregnant

Ok...I'm 20..had my last period on the 2nd of this month...missed my nxt period...took a pregnancy test...came out to be positive..bloated stomach...cramping pains but no blood..some time aching thighs ..back pain..sore nipples..some nausea...o yea and I took a pregnancy due date predictor and it says that I'm 5weeks and I'm due in july...could it be true...please  I need answers

1) If you a positive pregnancy test and are exhibiting typical pregnancy signs then, yes, you are almost certainly pregnant.  A false-positive is VERY rare and can only be caused by a few things. Some fertility drugs can cause a false positive because they contain hCG - the same hormone that home urine tests detect.

2) The due date, and how far long into a pregnancy you are, is based on your last monthly period (LMP).  Since yours was on October 2nd, you would be 4 weeks, 2 days into your pregnancy (week 5) with a due date in the 2nd week of July 2008.

I think that i am 5weeks pregnant. I had a light bleeding more like spottin for a couple days around the time i was due for my period. I am very moodie and my stomach is very bloated. I never been pregnant before and i am very scared. I haven't taken a pregnancy test because I am kind of overwhelmed and kind of scred of knowing if I am really going to be a mother or not.
