I'm not sure

Well on May 17th I got what I thought was my period but it only lasted 4 days instead of the usual 6, but anyway my period is like clock work it comes and goes on schedule. Now comes June and no period in sight, I then took a hpt and it was negative. Then on July 21st I had this brown discharge for about 2 1/2 days I took 2 more hpts and they were negative as well then on July 29 I got the most heaviest period ever it was really no flow that day only blood clots I went to the ER and had a blood test done it also came back negative and the ER dr. told me I have fibroids. So August comes around and no period at all, still having all of the pregnancy symptoms. Now it's Sept., period starts and it was lighter than usual, just like in May, can anyone help me, what's going on?
