Can implantation happen 60 days after having sex?

No.  Sperm only lasts up to 5 days.  If an embryo is created, and does not implant within 12 days maximum, it dies and goes out with the next period.

Alright so i've had a brown reddish liquid coming out and it's not like my menstrual blood for the past few days. should i be worried or is it just my period acting wierd because mine is irregulat?

If your period is irregular, it sounds logical.  Have you had a hormone workup from the doc?  Sometimes an ovarian cyst can make your periods a little odd.

No I haven't gone to the doctor about it. I just need to know if I'm pregnant or not. I took a test and it was negative. I've also had no other signs. I didn't have my period 2 months in a row but like I said my period's irregular so that's not unusual.  The only thing is this new discharge. But it can't be implantation bleeding because it's been 60 days since i've had sex. What's your opinion?

I'd take another pregnancy test if you haven't had a period for two months.  If you are sure it is accurate, then I'd see a doc.  You might have a cyst on your ovary (they really can affect the periods) and maybe it is the kind that should be assessed, if so.
