Infant Sinus Drainage
I have a 3 month old that has a horrible cold and is constantly coughing due to sinus drainage. I've tried saline drops for her nose, but they don't seem to be helping. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

If saline drops are not working, ask the pediatrician what he/she recommends.

Constant coughing in a 3 month old generally might be an issue that  a pediatrician would want to see the baby about, even if you feel it is due to the cold, just to be on the safe side.

Definitely take the baby to the dr.  When DS got sick for the first time (he was about 6 weeks old and got the cold thanks to my older DD) I did the drops and used the nabulizer with sodium chloride solution.  We got lucky and it helped but my ped said to be careful and watch him closely since in such small kids a simple cold can quickly become a bigger problem.  Good luck.
