Infant Stool Color Question

My little guy is 3 weeks old and 100% breast fed.  Most of the time his stools are sort of a mustard color, almost orange.  I know that is typical and normal.  However, from time to time his stools are dark green.  Consistancy does not change, nor does frequency, so I am certain it is not diareah, but am wondering if I should be concerned?  On line it talked about mucousy green stools, but there is no mucous either.  His weight gain is good, he is not overly gassy or fussy, nor does he seem at all sick.  He has a Dr. app. end of week next week, but should I push up the app.?  It only happens once or twice a day if that, and he typically has 6-8 bowel movements every day.  Any input is appreciated.  Thanks so much.

normal. DD would have yellow one bm, green the next, and then orange-ish the next. I think it may have something to do with what we eat. Sounds like he's doing well!!

oh how i miss newborn poop! lol  he sounds very well, what a good eater, 6-8 poopies lol.   he is going to be a chunk soon, he is just so darn cute ;)
