Infection and TTC?

Ok, This might be a silly question, but I feel like I'm coming down with a sinus infection.  or a cold.  Whatever it is, it's mild - sinus drainage mostly.  What is safe to take wile TTC?  Should I try to get into see my doctor, so will something OTC work just as well or nothing at all???  I'm just not sure if anything will react with the Clomid I'm on or in general be harmful if I did get preggo (Oing on Sunday most likely, going by the Clomid cycle). Can you please tell me when should I temp. I am in the 2ww also 5 or 6dpo. I have been feeling feverish for the past 2 days, but no other flu or cold symptoms. I just took my temp and it was 98.8. Is it best to take my temp in the morning or can I take it any time during the day?

This morning I took my temp b4 I even got out of the bed and it was 99.1, though, I no longer feel feverish. I will keep temping until af is due. This gives me something else to look forward to (I am trying to wait until Af is late b4 testing. Last month I tested early and it was just a waste of money, cuz, af was on time like clockwork! Baby dust to all!

Well, see, I've also heard about implantation dip. This happens when your baby gets implanted (for some reason it drops) and comes right back up the next day....
I hated temping....it was torture! my therm wasn't that good though and i got more confused than anything! Sometimes implantation ocurres early (4 or 5 dpo) or later (8 or 10 dpo) and is equally normal for both!
Sweetie, I tested today and got my BF'ingN!!! lol, but i know that it might be too early....( i know i know...i promised i would wait till saturday....)i still am going to test saturday and see what happens! Im ready to post a BFN though....i so know it's not my month...=(
