Infertility: only wanting sex during ovulation?

we are in our 13 month of trying to have a baby.  We are on our second cycle of clomid and have been through all the testing.  I am starting to only have a sex drive when it is around the time of ovulation.  I am starting to feel that if sex won't get me pregnant then I don't want to do it.  I especially feel this way between after ovulation and waiting for my period.

It's good to focus more energy on sex during ovulation to increase your chances of conceiving...but you have to spice things up a bit or it just isn't fun anymore.  Get your mind off of the task at hand and enjoy it.  I've read if you have the big O you are more likely to conceive since it helps get all the juices where they need to go.  
I sometimes feel the same way during the TWW...I know I'm not going to get pregnant at that time so I really don't want to put the energy into it.  But you'll have to or your partner may start to notice a trend and may not want to do it so easily during ovulation!

Try not to be too focused on getting pregnant.  Sometimes that can stress the body out so that you won't get pregnant.  I didn't think about getting pregnant at all this summer, I was so bummed that none of my pregnancies stuck, and so tired of BDing when I was ovulating.  Sex started to be more like a chore, not something to enjoy with DH. Low and behold, I got pregnant in July and am now 8 weeks.  And DH and I still enjoy sex, even more so since we don't have to worry about conceiving.  Good luck!
