Involuntary movements and unconciuosness

My daughter infected with encephalities 1 month ago, she was on 14 days Zoverix and she recovered and improved but 15 days before she had extrapyrmidal and abnormal movments beside she lost control of her neck.

Please advise can we save her by any way.

Female patient 8 months, presented to the hospital since 1 month (27/7/2009) by convulsions which controlled on somniletta. C.T brain was done showed small hemorrhagic infarctions at L1 temporo-parietal region.
CSF culture à Normal  ,   EEG à Normal - Protein C à Normal   -     Metabolic amino gram à Normal    
Protein S à Normal   -     antithrombine III à Normal  - Herpes IgG, IgM (3/8/2009)  -ve
MRI & MRA (3/8/2009) was done showing the same haemorrhgic infarction and denoting that it may be due to herpetic changes.
Echo was done showed à small ASD, mild pul hypertension for follow up. She received Zovirax for 14 days , then she was improved and discharged (12/8/2009).

After 1 week (19/8/2009) she was readmitted to the hospital by the presentation of Extrapyramidal manifestation in the form of abnormal movements not improved by Valpam and Neurel. On 22/8/2009 MRI was done again for pre & post comparison, showed post encephalic encephalomalacia

VEP (2/9/2009) was done à Normal Visual Pathways.
Now she is on ; Zovirax , antibiotics , Somnilta , Valpam , Isoprenosine , Neurel (on demand)
She received Iv Ig  for five days (5 gm).
