On a scale of 1-10, what's the pregnancy possibility for women with irregular cycles??

It depends on whether she is getting help from an RE, and on her age, and on what the reason is for the irregular cycles.  If irregular because she is 48 years old, there would be a different answer than if irregular because she has too low of a body fat index and is 21.  If you don't want to give more information, I'd have to give you an average answer, i.e., 5.
