Irregular menstrual cycle and pregnancy

I have alwasys had an irregular menstrual cycle. I have been tested for everything (like endometriosis, Policystic ovarian sindrome (syndrome), ect.) and the tests are always negative. I took oral contraceptives for three years. I stopped using it 8 months ago and I have only ovulated twice during that period. It looks like I returned to my "normal cycle", which is all but normal. I want to know if there is something I can do to ovulate and try to get pregnant.
