For tuna, you should eat light and only one can (at most) a week.  I thought I read shrimp and scallops are okay.  I am not sure about the kind you mention, but I would def do some internet research if you don't get your answer here.

I remember my doc. told me to avoid king mackeral and tuna. I also found grouper is high in mercury too. I am a BIG sea food fun, so I do pay a lot attention to it. I found this web page with a table of "Mercury levels in fish and shellfish". It might be helpful for you.

You are fine!  Sword fish and other high mercury fish are what they're talking about.  I hate how everything we eat makes us paranoid now!  I am the same exact way.  I had shrimp last night and ran to the internet afterwards to see if it was okay.  Shrimp is fine too.

You should avoid tuna and swordfish because these fish are higher up in the food chain and eat other fish, so the mercury accumulates in their system (they are large fish that eat smaller fish). It is particularly important to avoid swordfish and tuna in the first 3 months of pregnancy, when the major organs are developing. But fish like tilapia (smaller or have a vegetarian diet) are fine. Shrimp is fine too.

I agree with low22. Your DH probably got cod, which is fine. Fish is actually good for you (lots of omega 3 fatty acids). Avoid albecore tuna, swordfish, shark, other large fish. You can eat 6oz of regular light tuna a week. Have your fish sticks! And like someone else said you can search the internet for a list of no no fish.
