Is pregnancy possible?

Is pregnancy possible?

I was diagnosed with PCOS (many small cysts on the ovaries) about 5 years ago. I have constantly gained weight, experienced hair loss in places I would rather have hair, and excessive hair in areas i would rather not. I have been experiencing more normal menstral cycles this year than I had been for years, without any artificial regulators like birth control. About 2 months ago I had a period that lasted nearly a month it was very heavy flow (unusual for me) and there was a lot of clotting. I am now 2 weeks late for a monthly. I experienced very severe pains in my abs and lower back as well as upper thighs about 10 days ago that next morning I noticed light spotting but i never came on my cycle. I had both a trans vaginal and abdomenal (abdominal) ultrasound yesterday. I called for the results today and the radiologist told the nurse that my ovaries are normal in size with no cysts, but I now have a cyst on, or in my uterus, but they are saying that it is normal? I am confused. I have read that transvaginal ultrasounds detect pregnancy early and that you would see a black dot or fluid filled sac, but to the best of my knowledge that is what a cyst is a fluid filled sac. right?
