Is spotting normal while taking Clomid?

I am 27 years old.  I became pregnant at 18 and lost our child.  I got pregnant again with my son when I was 19 and had him when I was 20.  My husband and I started trying again shortly after he was born.  Due to my lack of ovulation, it was very difficult.  Much to our suprise 5 years later, I became pregnant.  Unfortunatly, it was an etopic pregnancy, found at 9 1/2 weeks.  We were unable to treat it with medication and required major surgery.  We have tried on and off for the last 2 years.  My OB/GYN has started me on 100mg of Clomid (due to lack of ovulation...I haven't had a period in over a year)  I took 100mg days 5-9.  We were suppose to have scheduled sex days 11-26.  We did have sex before our "scheduled" time.  On day 12 I started spotting, not much only a bit when I wipe after urinating. I do not need any sort of protection.  I am on day 13 now and still spotting (still lightly.)  Is this normal with 100mg of Clomid or is something I should be worried about?

hi..sorry i dont know if i can help you...but i took clomid 50mg from days 3-7 in april..and again this month just last week im on cd10 and im just wiaiting to ovulate...and i havent spotted or bled so i dont think its anything major i would just wait it out...but if you are really concern maybe a phone call to your doc. telling him whats happening can help eas off ur mind!!

i was on clomid 50 mg 2 times daily first time i took it was in feb i miscarried i am 27 yrs old i didnt have the spotting then. last month i took clomid again and nothing happened im taking it again this month and i am now spotting and mine is the same as you its only there after urinating. i have been a little concerned to but i have been told by some friends that have never been on clomid that they have done that after their menstrual
