Is there really such a thing as Implantation Bleeding?

Just curious if you can really get implantation bleeding and if so, can it be at 10 or 11 dpo???  I had some light pink/brown spotting this morning which I never get prior to a period and was curious what it could be??

Implantation bleeding occurs in 20% of pregnancies so it is rare but does happen.

I had implantation spotting(brownish)with last preg, but not 3 before. Was 1 week after conceiving. 2 spots and that wa sit.My Dr. said 100% normal.

I experienced what I believe was implantation bleeding with my last pregnancy.  It came at about the time my period would have started, but was just light pink and was gone completely within a couple of hours.  I did not have it with my first or second pregnancy.

I had implantation bleeding with My daughter Aspen who is 7, but that was the only pregnancy. This is my 8th pregnancy with 1 living child, I didn't have it with this pregnancy either and I'm 21 weeks :-)

I had inplantation (implantation) bleeding about 1 1/2 weeks before AF was due...thought AF was coming early, just spotted throughout the day (only used a liner) and then it was gone so i forgot about it until I found out later I was preggers.
