Just a question about foods

Just a question about foods

Just a silly question probably, I know that eggs have protien in them but must you limit yourself to how much you eat of them? and is it OK to eat fried eggs with runny yoke because I know that its not good to eat raw eggs (Not that I would or anything...eww)& Is it only safe to eat hard boiled eggs?

if you are pregnany the egg must always be cooked, with no runny yoke. for 9 months it drove me mad as my dh would have dippy eggs. Basically it is to avoid the risk of salmonella.

The Brewer pregnancy diet encourages eating 2 hard boiled eggs a day.  That's more egg than I can handle, but if you like them and they are fully cooked there shouldn't be a problem.
