Just checking up on Everyone and how is your baby sleeping??

hey everyone! It's been so long since I have posted. I was on here everyday when I was pregnant with Noah. Now I scarcly have time!!! Some of you won't know me and some may not remember me!! lol  Anyhow, I just like to check and see how everyone is doing. Great to see Peek is the moderator of this forum (she rocks by the way).

Noah will be 8 months old on Tues!!!!  he's crawling, sitting up and pulling himself up. He is crazy hilarious. I am laughing at him all the time and it cracks him up too.  He still doesnt sleep through the night in his own crib!!!  Maybe 3-4 hours, then WILL NOT go back to sleep unless he's snuggled up next to me in our bed!! Oh Well.
Anyone else have this problem? lol

So, update me ladies and tell me how you are doing and those that dont know me, tell me how your babies are sleeping!!! lol

I remember you, you poor thing! My ds is 5 months tomorrow. He WON'T sleep unless he's in the swing or tightly swaddled in the bed. He sleeps until about 2-2:30, eats and then goes back until about 6:00. If I do things right, I can get him back to sleep until sometimes 9:00!

wow 8 months already, Jhett is going to be 1 on saturday, i can't belive how quick the year has gone, he was walking by 10months and is like a pro these days, Jhett already has 9 teeth and now has started to bite me on the sholder, but i get all night sleep except the last half hour like to snuggle in with mummy and daddy first thing in the morning. .

Kelly-5 months...wow time does go by fast. Sleeping in til 9am sounds like heaven! lol I am glad to hear all is well in your neck of the woods.  I remember you too!!

Misslillipop- You know I've always thought Mr Jhett was a cutie pa tootie! lol 9 teeth already! Wow! Noah is has those teeth bumps on the bottom. I am ready for them to pop through any moment! lol  I love the morning snuggling....

My twins are 11 weeks and sleeping pretty good they go to bed at 9:30 and sleep til 4:00 so not to bad.....they are holding their heads pretty good (well Jacob's a little lazy with his but he's doing ok I guess....they are laughing and now they have found they have voices it's so cute when they are trying to talk they just coo and smile so big.....being a mommy rocks

Sleeping in till 9, HA HA HA, I also have a dd that just turned 2! She was up at 6:45 :)
My biggest battle right now is to try to get ds to sleep un-swaddled. He's going to be like 1 and still want to be swaddled, ha ha ha And what a handsome man Noah is!!

HA - Ryan is 15months and wakes every two hours at night STILL to get a drink - he does not sleep well and has never!!

It's amazing how different kids are!  My oldest daughter went to bed at 8pm and didnt wake up til 7.  My youngest daughter went to bed at 8 (while still awake) and she soothed herself to sleep.  SO BIG SURPISE! My DS does neither of those things!!! hahaah  He's such a little ham! lol

Hey Vanney!!! =) I was wondering where you went girl! I miss you!
I am in the same boat girl... Maddie is not sleeping thru the night yet... I hear from dh's buddy (they have a fat baby that sleeps thru the night and always compare my lean baby with theirs... argh!) that theirs sleep thru the night and is such a perfect baby... and how she is so much bigger and fatter than Maddie blah blah blah... it makes me sick... but you know what? they can't possibly say that they have a prettier, cuter baby!! lol ;) mine is WAY prettier! lol
No really, I think Maddie is a very close to PERFECT baby by all means... i mean yeah, she won't sleep from like 7:45 (beddy time) till 8 in the morning! it's 12 hrs without eating?!?!?, i couldn't do it myself! but she goes to sleep at that time, and I just figured out that if I wake her up around 10:30-11:00, then she'll sleep up to 5:30 or 6.... sometimes she won't wake up till like 7:30!!!... but those are my lucky nights...
Last night she was just too cranky (didn't sleep at all the day before) and I put her in bed with us... she slept good for the most part... just woke up a couple of times but i rolled her over and went right back to sleep... then at 5:00 am she woke up and I changed her and fed her and snuggled with mommy for another hour or so... holding my hand and my mouth on her head smelling her.... YES browneyedgurl is SO right... being a  mommy ROCKS!!! =))
I think we are lucky Van... snuggling our babies is the best feeling in the world! so don't feel bad girlie... one day he'll grow out of it and will feel 'too cool' to snuggle with his 'mom'... (not mommy...), so lets just enjoy them now that are little, cute as hell  and cuddly! =))

Hey there. Quinn is 21 months and ever since she was 4 months has slept through the night. She sleeps 12 hours!!   It has been heaven. ;)

I was TRULY blessed w/ this one (my 3rd)..she's been sleeping thru the night since she was 2 weeks old (11 weeks now)!!  My others were always night owls but Avery goes to bed around 10 and can sleep until 8:30...ahhh....it's heaven!

VSENTZ!!! You're my Girl, you know that!  of course Maddie is the most beautiful, amazing, perfect baby in the whole world!  DUH!!  lol  I hate it when people compare babies like that! HOW RUDE!  Besides, their just Jealous! ha!

Yes I love the fact that Noah is such a snuggle bug.  He LOVES to be snuggled.  I know that kids grow up so fast. My girls are 10 and 7 and I remember like yesterday what sweet babies they were!

Quinns, dont have another baby cause your next one will be complete opposite!! HAHAHAH

Juliana started sleeping through the night at 1 yr!! OMG,I would hear stories about 1wk old babies sleeping through the night & would think 'what was wrong'? Why not Julie.But as soon as she became more active 12hr straight!! On the wk ends when bro/sis dont go to school..she'll sleep from 9pm to 10-11am =p.But its like everything else in life..when ever the baby is ready.We ARE on there schedule after all..lol! Hey stranger -

I definitely know what you mean about not having time anymore to come post.  I miss everybody on here.  

Braedon and Brodie are both doing awesome.  Crawling, sitting, pulling up and Braedon has one tooth.  They keep me so busy I can't even see straight some times.  However, they both sleep through the night in their cribs.  I am lucky for that.  

I have had major surgery since I was on here last - and my husband just had his ACL replaced on Friday, so he's home for 3 weeks.  Although he's not much help except to hold a baby while I feed the other.  It's better than no help at all.  

We got 2 new puppies cause apparently Doug didn't think I had enough to do.  hee hee   They are both mastiffs so will end up being about 150-180 lbs.  Right now they are only about 50 lbs but growing fast.

OMG...mastifs!  The lady that keeps my baby has one...sweet as sugar...but HUGE!  Put a saddle on her and you could charge for rides!  LOL!

LOL, I just had to comment my Mom has a male Mastiff. He is one giant drool dog. Keep dishrags handy as it is non-stop. He has always been great with my daughter...They are so sweet but do not realize their own size so he does knock her down quite a bit and sometimes steps not only on her but us as well.

They are very clumsy!!  The older male is very easy with the kiddos - however the 2 puppies are stupid as a brick and have no clue what they are doing.  We are hoping they too will evolve into smart gentle giants!!
