Kidney failure after C-section

by livelysue, Jan 27, 2005 12:00AM
I had acute renal failure after my C-section six months ago.  I have been having extreme lower back pain that is preventing me from sleeping, and my blood pressure has been down ranging from 108/60 to about 125/75.  The doctors have said that my kidney function was back to normal in October - is there a chance I may be having problems again?
